- Before the implementation of Ecube, Maxlife Insurance faced several challenges in internal communication, workflow management, and data tracking.
- Manual processes and disparate systems led to inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of transparency across departments.

Centralized Intranet Portal
- Developed Ecube, an intranet portal tailored to insurance employees’ needs.
- Centralizes various functionalities including workflow management, attendance tracking, and success story sharing.
Multi-Approver Workflow (CSA)
- Implemented CSA workflow for assigning tasks with different approval levels.
- Processes, Sub-Processes, Functions defined for seamless task delegation.
- Approvers include SPOC, Process Owner Head, Department Owner Head.
Scheduled Email Reminders
- Integrated scheduler-based email triggering functionality based on due dates.
- Ensures timely completion of tasks through automated reminders.
Financial Data Access
- Upper management can access financial data (sales, revenue) in Applied and Paid section.
- Provides real-time insights for informed decision-making.
